Mavs fined $100k for breach of bench protocols, the third time these playoffs, apparently.

The latest fine came, for among other things, after a bench player stood up during a play and Curry passed it to him thinking he was a Warrior. Seems like a silly thing and Kidd isn’t happy about the fine and won’t tone it down. Whatever. Your prerogative.

But this quote got me.

I saw that on friday night. Holy crap, have the refs do something about it. Fining won't stop crap

 

They live in the society where they are some of the least educated and intelligent Americans, live in a bubble of wealth and privilege you cannot imagine. People who have never actually had a job that wasn’t basketball in their lives. People who have had everything they have ever wanted given to them since they left playing in rec leagues and started playing AAU. These are some of the most indulged people in America. Surrounded by leaches and parasites who literally feed off their earnings, starting with their parents. Some players are deemed historians of the game because they heard of Elgin Baylor.

 

The TNT NBA studio stuff is completely unwatchable when they go live outside the arena.

 

And someone on the Mavs' bench is wearing a white shirt and standing.

 

Unwatchable might be harsh, but you have picked up on something.

 

Cubes just gaming the game as uses.

 

This game is just making me even more pissed off as a Suns fan. The Mavs aren’t that good. Phoenix just fucking didn’t show up for those three games in Dallas. Unearned arrogance.

 

Common foul? That's at least 15 yards in the NFL.

 

Yeah I’m not sure what the hell happened there. This also isn’t a good match up for Dallas. The Warriors are not the same team they beat 3-1 in the season series. The Dubs play crazy defense. Suns were looking ahead to the Warriors especially after going up 2-0.
