He can annex whatever his military allows. For now.

But he’s not keeping the land. I don’t give a fuck what passport they hold. If they want to be part of Russia they can fucking move there.

That advice applies to others as well.

I'm hearing that a coalition of the willing is close to going in and breaking the naval blockade in the name of preventing world hunger. Non-NATO, although probably including some NATO members plus countries who are being affected by food shortages. No overt US involvement.

That's coming from Beau, and at this point I'm not seeing confirmation in the press. He's got a lot of sources and has been ahead of the curve on a lot of UKR news in the past. We'll see.

That is Biden’s wet dream. No overt U.S. fingerprints on it. Perhaps it’s a bit of wishcasting.

No fucking way this happens. First, I don't believe ANY country is gonna try and bell that cat without the US leading the way. Second, it'd take Turkey to sign off on it (at a minimum). Turkey refused Russian warships passage through the Bosporus at the start of the war. They'd have to let the other warships though or it's a no-go.

In that case it'll be a war of naval attrition. It won't be a game of Battleship. It'll be a mini (or even macro) Falklands where cheap missiles take down major vessels. A few fiberglass john boats that don't leave a radar signature will get the job done.

I seem to remember a John Clancy novel with Ukrainians on a similar move.
