Among the many things that makes Trump a terrible politician, foremost among them is that he has grossly underestimated the power of incumbency in this country. Trump never had to run against an incumbent, other than himself, and he lost that election.

Steve Kerr is going to run for president. Or at least higher office, like Senate.

 

Maybe I'm missing something, but I was told that all white southern conservative GOP politicians are Trumpists. It seems to me that only Trumpists are Trumpists.

 

I think he has more influence as a public citizen/coach. Seems more real. Bigger platform. And the media on hand won’t challenge him about any of his political views. (Which, in this case, I happen to agree with.)
