It was not a “pile of phones” that everyone put in a certain space. There were one or two on the counter near where people were working.

First gif I could find of getting our chains yanked.

I suppose it ties into the Sisyphean aspect of the thing.

Why would you or anyone else put your phone on a counter instead of keeping it in your pocket, bag or right by you?

Nell's story about winning a luxurious honeymoon to India in a sweepstakes will check out faster than this doozy. (Hi, YF!)

If you think that, PM me. I’ll give you my name, address, the date, place and time it happened and names of witnesses and you can call the police where it happened to report me.

If I were you I’d hate to have my next victim on my conscience.

OK but if this is something I do, I’m probably going to do it again.

    Good luck living with that.
