According to a recent opinion piece by Scalia’s clerk in Heller, Scalia had a distinction between firearms in the home for defense, which the government could only marginally regulate, firearms outside the home. Scalia didn’t detail that. The current Catholic extremists will probably make no distinction.

At least in Georgia, federal education money only accounts for 6% of the total budget, nearly all of that in grants for school lunches, special education and vocational ed. I doubt the governor or the Republicans in state office would bat an eye if those programs were cut.

Every white child in Georgia has the God-given opportunity to avoid the poor, the handicapped and manual labor. Vote for your right to segregate!
