    Time to use the real power of the presidency. Reduce a shit ton of military bases in Kentucky and Arkansas and Texas. Can’t close bases without congressional
    Approval. But the commander in Chief can certainly reassign divisions to other places. Kentucky doesn’t need all those social Security offices and post offices. Time to save some money. Delay a few military contracts. Can’t cancel them, but you can slow them down. Reduce the flow of federal Money to MTGs district. Fuck up kentucky. Russia isn’t invading South Carolina anytime soon. Hey Susan Collins, wanna expand federal guarantees of insurance and loans to commercial
    Fisheries or do you want those programs significantly reduced.
