The comments I was reading indicated it's not as impressive as it looks, that it's an older weapons system that lacks the punch to deal with most modern armor and fires too slowly to be an AA gun.
It's also a huge, slow target and takes three or four people to operate. So from a manpower perspective there are better ways to get bang for your buck.
