Joe Biden is a Senate lifer, moreover, that life was lived mostly in the last three decades of the last century. The entirely fraudulent "collegiality" of that worthless body has become, through learned behavior, a part of his very soul.

So Joe Biden goes on Kimmel and, instead of getting teed up to talk about the economy and inflation, almost no time is spent on that topic. Kimmel spends half of the interview trying to give Biden some pep talk and the other half lamenting how awful everything is, including a weird side journey into Sinema and Manchin.

Kimmel took the Fox News cracks at him so seriously that he decided to show how tough he could be - only from the left. Which sort of negated the purpose of Biden’s appearance on the show.

Fox & Friends this morning was all Kavanaugh all the time, except for a little laughing at Biden and Kimmel
Of course they ignored 1/6 except for Elise Stefanik bitching about it
But it also gave them a chance to ignore the Uvalde hearings except for two 15-second news segments
The biggest difference in Fox during the Trump (post Ailes) era is the amount of news it ignores

I've never understood why people want the teachers (whom they don't trust) at schools they hate to teach their children religion.
Nothing is stopping people from praying at breakfast, on the drive and at the door of school and repeating after school. Prayer can be a wonderful thing. If your child isn't praying enough, it's on you.

The number of people who can't, or refuse, to see the difference between a government-led and ongoing effort to overthrow elections and subvert the peaceful transfer of power and citizens rioting two years ago is disappointing. There are no Democrats calling for more riots and suggesting them as an important voting issue. Republicans continue to attack elections and push the lie.

The campaign of Ryan Kelley, Republican candidate for Governor of Michigan, hit a snag this morning when he was arrested by the FBI. Dunno on what charge, but Kelley was at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Yes. Republicans conveniently ignore that the stimulus checks that helped create the current inflation began on their watch. Also, they are blocking any measure that might help. They want the problem to continue, at least until mid-terms.
