Fox News doesn't care, and won't cover it. So none of it matters. The crazies win again.

Lay down a provable charge with solid evidence, my choice would be Trump telling Raffensberger to "find the votes". Try and convict him on a very straight forward election fraud charge.

Republicans are all about stopping election fraud, right?

I've been thinking a lot about this lately. How specific/explicit does a statement have to be in order to be a crime and ultimately to merit a conviction?
The Trumpist Pseudo-Christian pulpiteer in Fort Worth said every gay person should be executed by firing squad, but he didn't specifically encourage his klan to do it. What if he says, "I am telling you -- in the name of God -- to shoot and kill every gay person you see as soon as you are able to do so." And what if someone does as ordered? It's an SEC state, which means nobody will prosecute at the state level. But is that language enough to compel the fedruhl guvmmint to charge the alleged Christian with violating the victim's civil rights?
Likewise, what if Trump says something similar one day? What if he says, "When you go to vote, if you see somebody who looks like they're not gonna vote for Trump, use your God-given Second Amendment rights and take them out." If somebody does so, does that constitute inciting a riot or something similar?
