6-3 SCOTUS decision ruling it’s totes OK for a public high school football coach to lead prayers on the 50 after games.

 

It’s now constitutional For an adult leader in a public school, football coach, to ‘suggest’ that 14-16 adolescent, sweaty muscular boys kneel in the front their coach as he chants words about false gods and cults as the young boys gyrate and ingratiate themselves to spend more time with the coach, especially in the locker rooms and showers. Thus showing the only difference between Penn State and Good Sheppard is the ability to read aloud.

 

The kids don’t have to pray with him but he doesn’t have to give them playing time.

 

I want to see what happens when a Muslim coach leads his team in prayer and orders everyone to face Mecca.

 

It may be cool from the Constitution perspective, but Jesus wasn't cool with it.

I do appreciate that Roberts seemed to be doing his best to keep the Court "centered" if not in ideology, than in not being viewed as just another partisan venue - but clearly that ship has sailed. If you are wealthy, white and male - this is the court for you.
