    Throw in another unintended consequence. If your state abortion laws make OB/GYN's worry about the risk of being sent to prison when they are making decisions about a pregnant patient facing an emergency, you state will soon have a shortage of OB/GYNs to care for the state's female population.

    If the OB/GYN examiners want to get really hardnosed, they should refuse to certify new OB/GYN graduates in states with these abortion laws because they have not been properly trained in all aspects of their specialty.

    We really are heading toward Gilead. Next women can’t have bank accounts or credit cards because they can use them to pay for out of state abortions.
