    America has to pack the court to mitigate the damage these zealots are causing.

    It can't be done until after the mid-terms, but that's OK because the big decisions won't come until afterward.

    That's why going +2 in the Senate is so desperately crucial. It'll force Roberts to rule the right way and not go along just to prevent the 5-4 that he supposedly hates.

    If this country is again going to dissolve into a States Rights association, it runs the risk of becoming even further segregated. Why would anybody with choices stay in a state that criminalizes traveling while pregnant?
    These people are so depraved that they're not satisfied with ordering women to carry pregnancies to term even if those pregnancies may be lethal. Nope. Not enough. SEC states now want to become pregnancy cops. In so doing, they're committing far more egregious encroachments on personal liberty than anything seen in and around COVID.
