NYT says the 1/6 committee questioned Cippolone on pardons and Trump's election claims. I would think that testimony from the WH Counsel that he told the President that the election claims were baseless and had been turned down by the courts qualifies as Trump knowing he was breaking the law. So do the times he was told "If you do this, you'll be breaking the law." They laid out a list of things they had to prove and they just keep checking off the list.

Lots of room for more criming around pardons.

Tuesday looks fun. I hear they are discussing adding another hearing on Thursday. Lots of stuff coming in.
