Didn’t the Knicks offload some guys to clear cap space? Did any of that get picks sent their way?

That was to clear space to sign Brunson
They sent a bunch of picks to Charlotte to get Jalen Duren, who they traded to Detroit as the price for getting rid of Kemba Walker’s contract
They also sent Alec Burks and Nerlens Noel to Detroit

To make salaries work you could do Fournier and Rose or Fornier, Toppin and Reddish and then whatever picks for either deal

He took it down right as I clicked to see what he meant by transition take foul. What is that? And I guess it isn’t happening if he took it down …

Edit, NM just googled it. Also looks like it is going to happen.

Intentional transition fouls are gonna be a free throw and the ball.

That’s gonna be a potential killer late in games/quarters. Commit one of those and you’re over the limit or had fouled in the last two minutes? Three shots and the ball. Killer.

I'm a big fan of the decision - Few things kill the pace of a game more than those shitty in-transition fouls, where the guard just grabs at the guy with the ball to break-up a 3-on-2 or a 2-on-1.

    Good.
    Those fouls suck.
