    I hate this and his followup, "elections have consequences" post.

    That is exactly how Trump treated the office. Firing non political appointees who didn't do his bidding and trying to politicize those posts.

    Either this Ornato guy is qualified for his job, and does it the right way, or he isn't.

    If this guy thinks he should be fired. ... PROVE that he did something unethical or illegal or that violated his oath, THEN fire him (with cause).

    Yeah, I use that in salary negotiations. But the fucking suits just don't get it.

    Gotta agree with this. For non-appointee employees, there has to be a showing of cause that will withstand the employee's due process rights.

    Once a Secret Service guy takes a political job within the administration, he gives up some of that presumption of neutrality. Ornato jumped out there to refute Hutchinson's testimony, but somehow going to the 1/7C and making a sworn statement never happened. Since then other witnesses confirming her account and a (not terribly distinct) video have surfaced.
