    The Phils are still a dismal fielding team, their bullpen remains questionable at best, and without Harper, they just don't have the pop to bludgeon their way past their weaknesses.

    Expired passport? Where is his agent? Where is the team? Both presumably have several employees who are paid to handle logistics.
