We see where election violations get you. It's a traffic ticket.

So, the tax office is going to monitor miscarriages?

If you can be claimed as a dependent, then shouldn't you be allowed to get child support as well?

Yes. And if you have embryos in storage, why not count them?

Oh, I like that one. Better yet, sperm in storage. "How many million?"

Ask women who suffered miscarriages in the first half of the Twentieth Century how that line of thinking worked out for them. All it takes is one well-connected person with an ax to grind.

Being an expectant mother in Georgia should also allow you to drive in the Magic Johnson Lane without a ticket.

    The HIV lane.

How about this? The average woman has a finite amount of eggs that will be produced throughout her lifetime until menopause, an event that is both joyous and awful, sets in. So, since every single egg is a potential pregnancy, women should get a tax break starting at puberty for the many, many eggs that will be produced over her reproductive life, subtracting 12 each year. Go!

Haven’t looked on the Politics Thread but this is a little shocking.

A little glimpse of hope except I’m willing to bet, the Kansas GOP will still find a way.

Then people will find a way to vote against the Kansas GOP, in particular the leaders in overriding the voice of the people.

It’s not that shocking. Abortion has polled pretty consistently around 2/3 support nationally, and Democrats could get 20 weeks right now, IMO, in a federal law.
