Ever since 1979, a Levin has represented Michigan in Congress
Most of that time it was the Levin brothers, Carl in the Senate and Sander in the House
When Sander retired, his son Andy took over his seat
Andy got redistricted since Michigan lost a Congressional seat and lost his primary to fellow incumbent Haley Stevens, leaving Michigan without a Levin for the first time in 44 years

There is that, but I meant Kansas has had some history of independent thinking in its legislature and whatnot.
Not just "everyone who doesn't view stuff the way we do, sucks - and should reflect on it in Hell."
I remember once being utterly charmed by Lenexa, Kan.
But that was a long-ass time ago, mon ami.

The only permissible Trumpist klan position these days is zero tolerance. Anybody who goes on the record as saying it's OK for a woman to have an abortion at, say, 12 weeks is going to be targeted. Perhaps literally.

So, by Republican logic, Robson’s the winner since he was ahead before bedtime.

It's really a shame that theirs is the only absolutist position floating around out there.

"Hey, can you f*ckin' believe we are two of the influential people in politics?"
