    We're going next week for niece's thesis defense at Vandy/mom and dad's 65th anniversary/family reunion. Staying out at The Inn at Opryland because downtown is stupidly priced.

    If I'm there and don't need to go downtown, I usually stay out that way or near the airport because I like eating at the Bavarian Bierhaus and cruising Bass Pro.

    Lawrence O'Donnell has said that he actively suppresses his Boston accent when he's on television.
    If you imagine that it would be pretty fuckin hard to do, in any setting or under any circumstances.
    His reason was that he didn't want to be recognized as a guy from one particular region.
