Hard to believe

 

I don’t see a shift left or right in this cycle towards either party. I think complete distrust in the political process and the institutions is setting in. Trumpists and socialists alike.

The next step may be total apathy.

Which could be good or really, really, really bad. Things need to cool down, but people with no stakes are also apt to become fringe extremists and do extreme things.

 

It can't be just me when I see The Supremes and something abortion-related and think "Baby Love." Or does my mind just connect classic pop songs to current events?

 

One thing a party that tried to (and will try again) overturn a national election with violent force needs is........ accommodation.

 

Two weeks ago the news was that they were buying ads in Colorado and Washington state and now suddenly there’s no cash for the races everyone has been calling cliffhangers for two years? Something is really off.

 

It costs a lot of money to buy stuff from the prison commisary, especially in bulk. Might as well save up now.

The Republicans must be strapped for cash. I got two emails today from Ron DeSantis. The only bad part about it was they didn't give you an option to comment when I hit unsubscribe.

 

Where is the money going? $21 million on text messages? And they just pulled ads in AZ and other competitive races? Something is definitely agrift.
