Yeah, we need to rewatch that episode because there's so much going on. And good call on Teddy being the next victim. Although I'd hate to lose the great interplay between Martin Short and Nathan Lane. They just light up the screen every time they're together.

What a fun finale. Everybody's in on the con, including Alice. Steve Martin once again -- like the Season 1 finale -- gets to show off his physical comedy chops. With Jan, he pulled the "fake drinking" ploy (even though the poison was on the outside of the glass). This time, it's the "fake knife and theater blood" trick, shades of "The Sting."

The slo-mo was hilarious. The tomato scene, too. When Cinda gets in on the act when she offers Mabel the job -- and attention -- Poppy most desperately wanted, which eventually outs her as the killer, glorious. So nicely wrapped in a bow. We know who did it!

Not "14 Savage," but "14 Sandwich!" Cinda is sponsored by Gut Milk! Brazzos no longer has dementia! Oliver has a Broadway show to direct! Mable and Alice paint over the mural (boo hoo)! And one year later, we've got the kicker to Season 3.

To whom, exactly, is Charles referring when he threatens Ben Glenroy to "stay away from her?" Lucy? Mabel? Joy?

After seeing the episode, we went to YouTube and caught several shorts detailing all the little secrets in the credits and blocking that telegraphed what was about to happen. And a great interview by Ali Stroker (One Killer Question) with the actresses who played Poppy and Bunny, and how there was a bit of symmetry in the way both characters were seeking a different life, and an explanation why Poppy would deem Bunny as the perfect victim.

I thought there was a lot which wasn’t explained — the fake painting, why the bird was left for Oliver, etc, but it’s a fun show.

Selena Gomez is a national treasure.

Slow motion Steve Martin is amazing. If we get him with an arrow through his head at some point…

It’s nice to see Short can get some of the SCTV crew some work in 2022.

Oliver loves animals and his son is a vet.

Hot take. Without Selena Gomez, I’m unsure if I enjoy the show. Her acidic saltiness balances so wonderfully to their sweet goofiness.

And I laughed so ducking hard at Shirley McClain trying to cut cheese. Just wonderful.

Bunny hated him. Makes zero sense — if that was her intention, she would have left it to the kid.
