i wonder if hell hitch up with Judgement Day or be on his own? Maybe they were holding the team up for Raw?

This'll be fun if Theory gets his ass handed to him every time he attempts to cash in.

WTF? A serenade of "American Pie?" to sign off? That what was a choice.

Figured we'd at least get Drew or Fury to turn on the other to set up a fight they've teased in the past.

    It's not wrong, but WOW.

Eh, you want the crowd to go home happy. I was thinking there would be an angle to it, especially after Fury shook Roman’s hand, but I see why they did that.

Funny though, that Drew asked if they were still on the air.

Yeah, I saw that guy’s shirt.

    He’s not wrong, but yeah.

WWE trying a press conference. Mostly legit, but Roman took one question, told the guy to acknowledge him and left.

So… what’s the endgame for Roman’s title reign?

This was the first time in a long time I thought he would lose. Thought they would give Drew the moment he was deprived of at Wrestlemania in 2020. Disappointed they didn’t.

    Cody?
    Drew at Survivor Series?
    Kross?
    Rock? (Please no)
Make him defend each title separately on the same night?

The way they were setting it up before his injury, has to be Cody, unless they split the belts. Kross is nowhere near that position unless Trips really has his jollies for him.

I was convinced Drew was going to win today. But I don't know how they can set him up for another shot, short of maybe a Cell match.

If we see Rock at Mania in Hollywood, I don't see anything but Dwayne giving the rub to his Uce, possibly in a retirement match.

I think, at some point, it's that last one. Maybe Survivor Series. Since they can't do a champion vs. champion match, they make the decree that there will be two championship matches. Or they bring back an old idea and have a best two-of-three falls triple threat, with the Universal title up for grabs in the first fall and the WWE title at stake in the second.
    Then you have some options.
You can have Reigns lose one belt, retain the other, but then Theory comes down to finish him off with the contract. Or he loses both belts without being pinned.
I guess it all depends on whether Roman intends to take some serious time off, or how part-time he's going to be. The only thing that they should do, without question, is have someone finally beat him who can use it to go to the next level. That's not Brock or Rock. Drew could have used it. Kross, I don't think, is there yet. Theory could certainly use it, although if he's going to use the briefcase on a weakened champ I'd rather see it be someone other than Roman so it doesn't cheapen his win.
