The Steelers didn’t have a running game last year and they showed no sign of improving that against Cinci. You’re in trouble when a wideout is your leading rusher. Take away an 11-yard run and Najee Harris had 12 yards on nine carries. Very bad.

Remember when Tony Romo was the hot analyst?

Seems like a long time ago.

So KC signed Justin Reid to play safety in the offseason. Harrison Butker twists his ankle early in the game, and Reid takes over to not only boot a PAT, but drive a kickoff out of the end zone.

And then ... Butker limps in at the end of the half to one-step a 53-yard field goal.

Amazing that the Watt brothers have such bad luck with injuries. What could ever be the reason?

Kyler Murray misses a hell of a lot of open targets.

Pass interference and targeting of receivers/unnecessary roughness have to be rewritten.

It’s a shitshow every time the flag is thrown.

Just like last year, Packers look like ass on both sides of the ball in Week 1. Hope you're not playing against Jefferson in fantasy today.

That’s a great way to tear the hammy of your offseason signee.

As someone in Houston who decided to watch all of this game... It was a clinic in showcasing Reich but especially Lovie Smith's worst tendencies to turn potential blowouts into tight games. Smith's decision to punt at the end was mind-boggling. Reich kind of decided to "settle" for a 42-yard field goal, which is defensible but meh - It's something the eternally mediocre Jason Garrett constantly did too, just trying to get into field goal range instead of just trying to win the damn game. On the Colts' final drive, they also amusingly handed it off 3 times to Taylor with zero subterfuge - He got plastered twice, but did manage to get 9 yards on one of them. I don't think either one of these teams is going to be all that great, but I'd be more bullish on the Colts simply because they have a great player at RB.

The Browns once lost a game because a defensive player was penalized for removing his helmet after time expired.
    So, tough shit.
