If it was immediately medical, they would've dispensed with the flight to Dulles and choppered him straight in from Bedminster to Walter Reed.

Obviously he got there in a rush, judging by his attire. Beyond that I'll wait for the reporting, which I'm surprised there's been very little of at this point.

We need to see the beginning of the story. We see how he ended up there, what were the circumstances of him getting into the plane?

 

I doubt they'd go to Walter Reed when there's a Level 1 trauma center at Morristown Medical Center.
