I listen to Russo and some parts of MDSR in different day parts. The morning guy on CBS Sports Network isn’t bad, self-depreciating, some
Funny bits and they talk sports. 90 percent of what’s left is dreck.

Can it even be called sports talk any more? Can't remember the last time during the day KNBR took a call, just the hosts going on and on ...

Dan with the Danettes? Bordering on unlistenable.
Dan with Olbermann? Must tune in.
There are only a few of us on here that remember when Dave Logan was with Scott Hastings on The Sports Zoo on KOA. Now THAT was must tune in radio.

One of the local sports talk had an AM station from when it switched to FM and it aired ESPN Radio. It switched to some gambling network. Kind of a bore.

My dad swears on Soren at WHB in Kansas City.
Probably the worst I’ve ever heard, or will hear in the future is the Original Mike & Mike. That was nyuk nyuk at its worst.

Let's double down and bring in Mike Jr.
    That show was terrible.

I've returned to Kornheiser a bit, his morning podcasts on Spotify. The sports takes are almost secondary these days. But I've always liked the vibe.

KNBR for like a week recently had a big push to take callers. It hasn’t returned

They tend to respond to the text line more which seems fitting for today’s world

There can't be a worse sports talk host than Roger Lodge on the Angels flagship station. Yes, the Blind Date Roger Lodge.
I wrote this on another thread last year and it's only gotten worse: He’s totally unprepared and thinks reading stats is good radio. He also makes callers tell him where they went to high school so he can guess their mascot.

Agree with 2 and 3. Not with 1.

He's been mailing it in the past few years. "Oh, I don't have a studio so I can't have regulars in." He could find a way if he wanted to. I still listen, but the best part of TK's show wasn't TK.
