Eh, year-round, it's more and more of the rich people anyway. The "working class" of places like Martha's Vineyard, or where I used to report, Jamestown, Newport and Narragansett, frequently don't live on island. Not that it really matters either way, though. I think when presented like a situation like this, the default reaction of a New Englander is "fuck you" and to do the opposite of what you (DeSantis and/or Abbott in this circumstance) want.

1. The weird thing is - the bus loads and plane loads of migrants - kind of show that the border IS secure. They were all processed at the border and are seeking asylum and awaiting a decision - technically, they are "here" legally.

I don't know if Charlie Crist can win Florida in any event, but the Dems should give him money if only to drop as many haymakers on DeSantis as possible. Refer to his actions as those being of someone "small." Something human traffickers do. Passing the buck. Quote the bible, the Statue of Liberty speech, the Cuban flotilla. Empty the kitchen sink.

 

Already bussing the immigrants out of Martha's Vineyard. Democrats love to have the illegals in our country, but not when it affects their lily white spaces.

Much like how they love to virtue signal when someone shoots up a mall, but not when a black guy shoots 3 people in the ghetto.
