    She had her shot at a criminal indictment with the investigation Alvin Bragg (Manhattan DA, smarter and better attorney than Letitia James) did. 1) Her office assisted on that investigation, 2) he declined to indict, because he knew he might lose the case and look like an idiot.

    The IRS and DOJ have not been waiting for an idiot like Letitia James to tell them they should criminally investigate (let alone indict, which nobody is doing) Donald Trump.
