Well, Trump undoubtedly does golf more than all those other presidents, so it actually makes sense that he might be better at it, relatively speaking, and have a lower handicap.

He may. But the point is, he golfs a lot, and the more you do something, the more likely you are to be better at it than someone who doesn't do it, and to have a lower handicap. But yes, 2.8 is probably a lie/exaggeration/cheat.
