Forrest Gump is by far more memorable for Hanks in terms of casting. Apollo 13 we remember more as a story told.

 

Bridge of Spies is an outstanding flick. I have also always been partial to the 'burbs.

 

Charlie Wilson's War may be his most underrated film.
But this scene always sticks with me from Capt. Phillips. The story behind it is fantastic.

Joe vs. the Volcano

 

Hanks deserves credit for making a couple turds at least kind of watchable.

 

This was a fun movie. Not everything has to be serious and political.

The Green Mile would've been a great movie but for that it's about an hour too long.
