    You can basically choose any season since 2015 and it would still ring true.

    Yes and no. They didn't even purport to have hope from 2018-21.

    I agree, which is why I would find it tough to give him some kind of $50 million a year deal. One Tommy John surgery and he misses a year and a half of that.
