The Cardinals disappeared as quickly as Sen. Hee-Hawley ran into the arms of the Capitol Police on Jan. 6.

And, I wake up this morning to several texts informing me the Beavers pulled off a miracle win, long after I'd retired for the night with them losing by 10. What a wonderful way to start the day!

Stanford choked that game? Damn went to bed before it was over and thought Stanford was going to pull that one out. Damn it.

I think we can officially call the Lindor trade a win for both Cleveland and the Mets.

I'll take that level of incompetence all day.

According to RAW data, he missed 7 pitches out of 204 over 15 innings in those brutal shadows.

    He was really fucking good.

Don’t fact check my anger while rooting for my team playing in the playoffs, Matt.

I say lots of stupid stuff. Play on.

Seriously, he needed to communicate the count better. Everyone on the field needs to know the count in a playoff game.

He clearly thought it was a foul ball and even the batter didn’t know he called it that.

And Tony retired. They're all together in the cornfield, with 'Big Mac'.

These men gave fans baseball the likes of which will never be seen again.

It's the Cardinals. They seemingly find future Hall of Famers like regular people find quarters in couch cushions.

    matt-
    ???
Not sure what's incompetent about pointing out an awful team-crushing contract.
OoP used to get steamed when people obliquely accused Davis of juicing, but even he can't admit Davis is/was a good player.

Plus they have enough $$$ to pick up a contract like Goldschmidt or Arenado
