"The Night Chicago Died." I won't even link it.

Fergie's London Bridge was epically awful.

For me it's "We Are The World." Yes, it was for a noble cause, but, man, what a maudlin, syrupy song it is. I think it would be its own best parody.

BTW, I came upon a Twitter thread on this very topic, and the McCartney "Christmastime" song was mentioned multiple times on it.

    Well, "Rocky Raccoon" suck-iddly-ucked, too.
Among other bubble-gum ditties from McCartney.
"Silly Love Songs," anyone? "Ebony and Ivory"?

Not sure what kind of overpriced, giant synth McCartney used, but at the beginning of the song, it sounds like a robot farting.

"Billy Don't Be a Hero" was even worse and made by the same outfit under a different name, IIRC.

Think it was a Yamaha. Because of the era, I was thinking Moog, but I'll take a wild guess that Tony Banks didn't sign off on it.

All Star is far from the worst of its kind. You've changed my mind.

I would like to amend my entry to the very bad 1997 Chumbawamba hit Tub Thumping.
Spent 30 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 that year.

The late '90s - good years for me and for him, not good years for popular music.

Thanks to this thread, we'll be ass-deep in rabid earworms for months.
