    The funny thing is - if Paisley just made it a solo, ane not drag LL Cool J into it - I think it would have stayed under the radar.

    I'm not sure what it means that I play a lot of these songs between innings of our local high school baseball games

    Except in one context, two words:

    Barry Manilow.

    Worst song ever, regardless of genre. And as someone that's covered a lot of high school sports over the years, particularly baseball, I've heard that song a few hundred more times than I would like.

    "Daddy was a cop, on the East side of Chicago."

    That automatically gets this song Gonged. Almost as bad as Kim Wilde's "Kids in America," which is an awesome tune until she inexplicably decides to use "East California" in the lyrics. (And don't even get me started about "South Detroit.")
