8:30 first pitch, per MLB Communications.
I want to watch these mofos get swept, take a cold&flu and go to bed.
No chance that happens before 12:30.

It never does and never will. I wonder if they'll match the highlight of the fan jubilation after the Eagles won the NFC championship game against the Vikings when one guy drove his Mini Cooper all the way up the steps of the Art Museum.

I'm not arguing the point. I'm just trying to understand their thinking. I was tied up and not watching the game, so I don't know how Suarez looked before giving up the homer.

It's all good. I don't have a dog in this hunt either, just curious.

Suarez came in with a man on second and nobody out in the seventh and got three outs with ease. I can understand not lifting him after letting his first runner reach base in an inning plus. He threw some tough pitches to Harper -- just not the last one.

Dwyane Wade needing a pay check.

As was mentioned before, that was a defining at-bat for Harper, just in the way he picked apart Suarez's arsenal and got his pitch and made him pay.

I have long been of the belief that Harper is overrated. I’m rethinking that belief.

That is why I hesitated to say they definitely should have brought Hader in to face Harper. Sometimes, the other guy just gets it done.

This will get a lot of airplay going forward.

If this series were 2-1 Yanks instead of 3-0 Astros, does Dusty give his starting pitcher the hook by now? It could get out of hand here. But Houston doesn't have to win.
