Let's be clear - if Thomas' freeze was legit, he would have had another justice do it. They wouldn't. And the amount of interference Trump judges are running on investigations is astounding.

 

Pretty sure the justice that is assigned in these instances is pre-determined by circuit.

Also ... the three-judge panel whose unanimous ruling Thomas temporarily stayed has as members ... two Trump appointees.

 

DeSantis will still win by 10 points in Florida, but Charlie Crist is killing him tonight. "The most anti-business governor in Florida history" needs to be saved for the 2024 Presidential debate. DeSantis is a terrible debater. He can't think on his feet and his handlers didn't even prepare him for the most obvious question: "Will you serve the entire four years?"
