Looks like the Post doesn’t have very much confidence in the GOP’s women.

Sort of an interesting side note to the elections in Arizona...

In the top six races, Republicans nominated five heaps of human waste. Just terrible, terrible people. Four of those five are losing; the fifth leads his race by just 8,000 votes.

The sixth race was for state treasurer. The Republican candidate, Kimberly Yee, is the incumbent and a perfectly reasonable old-school Republican. Her opponent is a solid Democratic candidate who has served in the state legislature.

Yee is winning that race by 210,000 votes.

If I were a Republican I think I would look at that and decide that maybe nominating adults is the way to go. I suspect that is not the conclusion they will reach.

Trump may fade into oblivion one day, but Trumpism is alive and well in the Republican Party.

What did The Donald do to piss off Rupert, besides lose?

Also I see Hobbs is holding on in Arizona, at least for now. Late votes broke Synema's way in 2018, so I'd think that's a good sign for Hobbs.

A huge chunk of the remaining uncounted votes are Pima County, which is Tucson, and that goes Democratic. I was pessimistic this morning, but Hobbs may pull this out.
