Well crap. I have Fields and Kyler, so I had to pick up Carr as a spec play just in case. Probably would take Carr over Murray at this point anyway.

I don't think anyone with the Bears has actually said Fields is out, but he does seem to be trending hard in that direction.

The Jets are really bad at picking QBs. Pennington was the last one who panned out, Ken O'Brien was serviceable and then you go back to Namath. Retreads, busts and gap-fillers.

Look what Jerry Jones found in his Salvation Army kettle:

I know you are less than shocked.

Almost makes you think America would be worse racially, if some white people with power and money couldn't make more money off of black people's athletic ability.

At least Black athletes are getting paid and rather handsomely these days. As are White hockey players and Latino baseball players. Ownership is typically old White money and that's a separate argument that might take the better part of this century to root out.

As for Jerry, he was a 15-year-old kid at the time. He has adult actions since then that you are welcome to judge him by as an adult.

Aaron Rodgers suddenly disclosing he's played the last 5 or so games with a broken thumb is why I don't bet on sports. The whole point of injury reports is gambling. You lie on an injury report you should be liable for a fraud charge.
