Was there any talk of Matt Campbell there? (I feel like he’s no longer a “hot name.”) He’d be a better geographic fit and he’s used to coaching at a school in the bottom half of his conference.

 

Worded like he's getting sent to Tecumseh rather than Lincoln.

 

Apparently there rumblings on Twitter that Urban Meyer was spotted in Tuscaloosa and people are losing control of their bowels.

 

I’l give Rhule the benefit of the doubt on geographic fit i.e. Philadelphia and Waco.

 

Rhule proved to be a great college coach who had to try the NFL and I don’t blame him. He got his answer, and generational money, so now he’s back.

The entry point could be really good if Fleck ever leaves Minnesota. The sport is passing Iowa and Wisconsin by. Illinois has picked up the mantle. Northwestern is now a 1988-level mess again.

 

Will be interesting to see what the B1G does with divisions once the SoCal schools arrive.

 

Looks like the Hugh Freeze to Auburn rumors are true. Hugh's Flames are losing to New Mexico State 28-7 at the half.

Sokoloff is now trying to spin damage control like a politician who got caught with a dead hooker in his trunk.
