Watching the Bills v Pats and saw that Belichick has a Croatian flag (or Serb?) on his hoodie sleeve; now if it was an immigrant who was showing his/her ethnicity some would say “Are you an American or not?!?!”

The only reason I can think of the sentence being so is because of time served pre-trial, which he will get "credit" for.
