    Man, the judge laid the strop to their backsides in no uncertain terms. I love the fact that even after getting his ass reamed, Derschowitz is quoted as saying his whole part in this was misconstrued and he was "talking about election equipment in general." GFY, Harvard Law wonk.

    Ah, yep. Sanctions are first step to losing your bar license.

    What’s most interesting is judge sanctioning attorneys but NOT the actual plaintiffs. That rarely happens.

    When I was just getting ready to lock in an interest rate on my first house back in 1996, the March jobs report came out and was a blockbuster, with 700,000 new jobs created. Wall Street panicked with fears of inflation (that never materialized), and interest rates went from 7 1/8 to 7 3/4 overnight. Pissed me off.
