As I’ve said before, Fury is a pleasure to watch. He’s just so relaxed when he fights and has such great footwork.

Am I the only person who thinks it’s stupid to have an outdoor fight in London in December?

I’m really looking forward to Chocolatito and Estrada tonight.

It's cold, but it's not c0ld enough for frost bite. Think for a big guy who doesn't look like he sun bathes that much it's probably good.
For fans, it's like going to an EPL match.

Chocolatito and Estrada ended up being really good. Estrada by majority decision. Chocolatito did well in the later rounds but Estrada did better later.

Maybe there will be a fourth fight.

They could hype it all they wanted - and Fury is a damn good salesman - but it was clear 30 seconds in that Chisora had no chance, it was simply a matter of how long it would last.

A lot of folks understood exactly how this fight was going to go when it was announced.

    No reason Chisora - a 12-loss, 38-year-old, second-tier heavy - should even get a date with (a retired) Fury.

Especially since Fury had already beaten him twice.

I still say if Tyson Fury is in one of the corners, it cannot be called a nothing main event.

I agree absolutely that a klieg light could fall on Fury's head, or he could slip and break a hip getting out of the limousine, but this was as close to nothing as it gets.

It was never - and never meant to be - a competitive fight. Nor did it even rise to the level of an entertaining exhibition. In fact, it would have been disappointing to pay £25 to watch Fury in camp spar with someone so overmatched.

This was Tyson generating a nice late-career paycheck for his friend Derek.

In addition to knocking the rust off, it also allowed Fury et al. a global promotional opportunity and no-risk tune-up in advance of any upcoming title fight with Usyk.

Which is why Usyk was standing ringside.

Think of it as an infomercial.

Anyone watch Crawford vs Avanesyan? I heard it was another dominant performance from Crawford.

I watched Lopez vs Martin. Lopez wasn’t too sharp and Martin dropped him in the second round but Lopez won a split decision.

    Saw both.

Bud Crawford might be the best fighter in the world right now.

If the win over Lomachenko hasn't ruined him, Lopez might still become a very good fighter. But he looked flat against Martin.

Even accounting for the injury last year, he feels like half a head case.

I swear, when Lopez and Martin were jawing after the decision was announced, if they came to blows it would have been more entertaining than the actual fight.
