    I might’ve been in 1000 basketball gyms over the course of my life. I have not once come across an idiot that thought bringing their pet dog to a basketball game was a good idea. That obviously is not a service dog.

    Could be one of those "service dogs" or emotional support animals that you acquire a $50 license for online, unfortunately.
