Let's wait and see what happens with that, but in any event I hope that Carter, Clinton and Obama have specific directions in their wills that Fatfuck is to be banned from any memorial services, by armed force if necessary.
Make a public announcement of it; don't just conveniently neglect to invite him. Ban him by name.
McCain and the elder Bushes had their chances to do it, and whiffed.

Not if Carter leaves specific public orders he's to be barred from the door (and presumably Rosalyn agrees).

 

Better yet, invite him, and leave orders if he shows up, the door is to be slammed in his face.
