I think the goal is to stay out of bankruptcy court November 1, 2026. On that date 363 million dollars of notes come due. I doubt that Gannett management believes they will be able to refinance at that time.

 

Plenty of time to start looking for a lifeboat. Best to start looking now. Tick tock.
