This is great theater and I'm trying to enjoy it. I also believe that as soon as it's resolved (McCarthy finally steps away and they nominate Scalise, I guess?), this entire episode will be forgotten two days later and whatever GOP Speaker there is will immediately be batfuckingshit crazy and do exactly what any other fucking one of them would've done.

I need some faith. Guess I shouldn't have given up on church.
