Please give Maude a respectful amount of applause as her and her walker make their way to the stage.

I think this was the niche they were setting up for Annie Agar before they dug up her old opinions on Lives that Matter.

They did something like that years ago. Had a whole series of ads that were pretty great. This one is a lot better if you can remember anything about the 2007 season.

One thing about Michaels call last night - curious if working with a producer other than Fred Gaudelli - for the first time in decades I believe - had something to do with it.

Romo's need to defend both quarterbacks at all times is really annoying in this one.

That said, the Bills are letting the Dolphins hang around.

its odd, I'm listinging to the game on a wanky set of earphones - bad wires have cut out the announcing so all I get is the stadium sound. It's actually pretty cool.

Enough of all this boring talk about announcers…let’s move on to important stuff:

The Dolphins road whites are the most underrated unis in pro sports.

Bills gonna have big problems with Cincinnati if Allen can't avoid throwing picks. I don't give a shit where the game is.

Every week they have stretches where they play like a bad football team. They are not getting past the Bengals or Chiefs.

I've always loved the Dolphins' uniforms (my brother and I got football uniforms from the Sears catalog for Halloween as little kids -- they weren't NFL uniforms but they were in NFL colors with un-logoed helmets that didn't meet NOCSAE standards and I got the aqua and orange just for aesthetics).

I do like their road whites better white on white -- never been a fan of the aqua pants. I also liked the somewhat greener shade of aqua they had back in the 70s.

They wore their 1972 throwbacks at one point in the season and those hold up extremely well, even with the extra large print on the nameplate.
