The Ravens are a Super Bowl team with average QB play.

It’s just when Jackson sits, they don’t get that.

I think that’s right— either opponent for the chiefs feels like a Saturday game

I kinda like her, if only because her beau's misplaced certainty is about as stunning as the sun rising in the east.

Agreed. Ravens-Chiefs or Jags-Chiefs. Get it done and over with. Giants-Eagles in the Saturday nightcap.

Bengals-Bills (if it happens) in the early game on Sunday (3 p.m. EST) with Cowboys/Brady at Santa Clara in the nightcap.

Was it the blow to the head? I certainly hope it wasn't for swinging him to the ground, which he did relatively gently. Between the drop by Slayton and that, I'd have been losing my mind at that moment if I was a Giants fan.

Five years guaranteed at the highest rate is preposterous.

If they make a run they will have proven they don't need the guy.

Even then, it's more about Jackson's ability as a runner. Jackson isn't that great as a passer, either. He has the advantage of opponents that are so focused on the running game that they leave more openings on the back end.

Edit: Um, aside from the early interception, Huntley's doing just fine.

it it wasn’t bengals-bills, I could have seen Jags-chiefs as a Sunday game. But that qb matchup is great, there’s all the storylines from the cancelled game and the only thing that keeps them early is the potential nfc matchups, either of which tv wants as the late Sunday game

Lamar being stubborn about the guarantees in his next contract despite the way his last two years will keep him from staying in Baltimore.

there may be some desperate franchise willing to give him what he wants but it won’t lead to success on the field

On Magnum PI, a continuation of last week’s episode where we try to make a 5-9 actor look 6-4.

The NFC is already baked in. Giants-Eagles is Saturday and the game in Santa Clara will be Sunday. Just depends on the AFC matchups. And which networks get what. I believe Fox gets two games, CBS one and NBC one.
