I think George Santos, AKA Jorge Santos, was the name of the no-good, wheeling, dealing brother of the fictitious Matt Santos, the democrat running to replace incumbent Jed Bartlett on The West Wing. I find that funny.

 

I do enough shitting on the “backward” element of society, too, but this feels icky.

These people are in the circumstances they’re in for a variety of reasons. Some they created, others not of their own choosing. Cousins marrying cousins are the symptom of the underlying issue(s).
