This proves nothing. The fact that no documents have been produced in response to a FOIA prove nothing. There are numerous reasons that the govt. can withhold documents pursuant to a FOIA, number one is potential/pending litigation.

Secondly, even assuming there was no investigation by the DOJ, where's your proof? Since when does no investigation mean that a claim is TRUE?? That's stupidity at its finest.

Think they're going to let Mother Nature complete the demo work on the ship. The pier, from what I've seen from afar, will need tb be rebuilt from scratch.
