    OOP, it's not just the incompetence in how it was handled, but how the messaging was handled (it's all tied in, of course).

    We know there's a ton of difference in the cases. This is going to sound elitist, but many of the dipshit voters in whatever rural town, eating at whatever diner or buffet, either don't know or don't care. And under the current system, those people determine who runs the country.

    This is a really good pick. Zients ran the Office of Management and Budget for a while, and Obama brought him in to clean things up after the Obamacare website rollout debacle. Not sure who pushed for Zients, but whoever did made a good call.
